These terms explain how everything works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.
1. Booking With Us
When you confirm a booking through GSMASH Travel, you agree to pay the stated amount and provide accurate traveler details. We’ll confirm your booking once payment is received and all required information is submitted.
Note: Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency rates, and seasonal factors. Once confirmed, we’ll lock in the final amount for you.
2. Payments
We accept payments via secure methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved gateways. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package or service.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy varies by package and vendor (airlines, hotels, visa agents), but we’ll always try to minimize your loss.
- Cancellation before 30 days: up to 75% refund
- 14–29 days: up to 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: refund not guaranteed
Important: Some components (like flights or visas) are non-refundable. We’ll tell you this clearly before booking.
4. Visas & Documentation
We offer visa assistance, but the final decision lies with the consulate/embassy. GSMASH Travel is not liable for any delays, rejections, or issues with your passport, documents, or immigration clearance.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend getting travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss. It’s not mandatory, but it’s smart because life is unpredictable, especially when you're on the move.
6. Our Role
We act as a travel planning agency. We curate your experience using a network of third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transport services, etc.). While we strive for perfection, GSMASH Travel cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, airline delays, or acts beyond our control.
7. Changes or Delays
Sometimes, things shift. Airlines change flight times. Hotels get overbooked. Weather misbehaves. If that happens, we’ll do our absolute best to provide equal or better alternatives, and keep you informed every step of the way.
8. User Conduct
By using our website or services, you agree not to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. Be respectful, be honest and expect the same from us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site text, images, graphics, videos is owned by GSMASH Travel unless otherwise stated. Please don’t reuse it without our permission. We believe in creativity, but also in credit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
